Create and agree a comprehensive programme of works in conjunction with all associated contractors to ensure that all works undertaken are in accordance with current site and service requirement plans.

Attendance of all project meetings and site visits at key programme dates to ensure.......

  • To Assess and resolve any over-riding issues that may become apparent during the contract.  


Completion:

To check and approve that all works have been installed to pre-agreed standards on time and within budget. Following a stringent commissioning procedure we provide........

  • Documentary evidence of correct operation by way of commissioning certification
  • Full operating and maintenance manuals either in paper or electronic format
  • Full staff training to ensure the correct and safe use of equipment
